Sending Us Your Parts

Please clean all oil and residue off of parts thoroughly! Do not send your heads or cylinders dripping oil. UPS will stop the package if they see oil or anything leaking out of the box!
Wrap head or cylinder in large plastic bag and seal it. (Trash bags work great!)
Pack item in a small box and tape up well. Be sure to seal all edges of the box.
Place the small box inside of larger box with at least 2" of "cushion" packed tightly on all sides. (Crumpled newspaper, bubble wrap, and layers of cardboard work well! (Please do not use packing peanuts!)
Put include a Note or Card with your contact information. (Name, Address, Phone Number, and Email)
Again tape all edges of the outer box.
Please Make sure you insure your package!! GMR is not responsible for damage while the parts are in transit. If we receive a damaged item, You will be responsible for handling the insurance claim with the carrier. Unfortunately we are just too busy building awesome performance motorcycles to handle these claims on your behalf.
Lastly, we recommend using UPS!!
